Gingery ciderita


  • 4 oz Shield cider

  • 2 oz tequila

  • 1 tsp agave nectar

  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tsp fresh mint leaves

  • 1 strip lemon zest

  • 1 small piece sliced fesh ginger

  • 1 sprig mint

Muddle mint leaves, ginger, lemon zest and agave in a cocktail shaker. Add tequila, cider and ice. Shake vigorously. Strain over crushed ice and serve with the mint sprig.
