Kir Normand

Kir is a traditional cocktail invented by Félix Kir, a French Catholic priest, World War II resistance fighter and Mayor of a city (what a resumé!). Originally made from crème de cassis (blackcurrant liqueur) and white wine, Kir Normand offers fewer calories and more bubble.

  • 1 ounce crème de cassis

  • 6 ounces Shield Cider

Pour crème de cassis into a champagne flute or a wine glass, followed by Shield Cider.
