  • 1 oz Fireball cinnamon whiskey

  • 6 oz Shield cider

  • Apple slice

Pour whiskey into the glass, top with cider, stir gently and garnish with a slice of apple.

  • 1 oz Fireball Whiskey

  • 6 oz Shield cider

  • Whipped cream for garnish

  • Cinnamon

Heat cider in a pan almost to boiling point. Pour whisky in a warmed cup or Irish coffee glass. Add hot cider. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon. 

  • 10 mint leaves, plus a sprig for garnish

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons superfine sugar

  • Shield Cider

  • Crushed ice

  • 2 1/2 ounces Kentucky bourbon whiskey

Place the mint leaves in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass and top with the sugar. Muddle these together until the leaves begin to break down. Add a splash of Shield Cider, fill the glass 3/4 full with crushed ice, and add the bourbon....

  • 1 1/2 ounce (your favorite) Whiskey

  • 1 1/2 ounce Shield cider

  • a twist of orange peel and a maraschino cherry as a garnish

A classic. Pour the whiskey into a low ball glass, add the cider, and some ice (use a big cube if you want to keep the drink cold but not watered down), and a twist of orange peel and a cherry.
