  • 4 oz Shield cider

  • 2 oz tequila

  • 1 tsp agave nectar

  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tsp fresh mint leaves

  • 1 strip lemon zest

  • 1 small piece sliced fesh ginger

  • 1 sprig mint

Muddle mint leaves, ginger, lemon zest and agave in a cocktail shaker.  Add tequila, cider and ice.  Shake vigorously. Strain over crushed ice and serve with the mint sprig.

  • 1 ½ oz Tequila

  • ½ oz Agave Nectar

  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • 5 oz Shield cider

  • 5 fresh basil leaves + 1 sprig for garnish

In a pint glass, add basil, spirits and mixers and hand-press with a muddler. Fill highball glass with ice and garnish with basil sprig. Enjoy!
