  • 2 oz dark rum

  • ¾ oz ginger liqueur

  • ¾ oz lime juice

  • Shield cider to top

  • A dash of bitters

  • Lime wedges for garnish

Combine rum, liqueur, juice and bitters ice in a shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass over ice. Top with cider and stir gently. Garnish with lime.

  • 2 oz dark rum

  • 1-1/2 oz Shield cider

  • 1-1/2 oz ginger beer

  • Dash of vanilla extract

  • Dash of orange juice (optional)

  • orange zest and maraschino cherry for garnish

Combine ingredients over ice in the glass and garnish with orange zest and cherry.

  • 1 bottle Shield Cider

  • 2 teaspoons cane syrup (optional)

  • 5 ounces white rum

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • 2 slices green apple

  • Ice cubes

Mix syrup, rum and lime juice in a tall glass.  Add ice cubes.  Pour cider slowly and stir briefly.  Decorate with apple slices. Share with a friend. (Serves two.)

  • 1/2 ounce Triple Sec

  • 1/2 ounce light Rum

  • 1/2 ounce Gin

  • 1/2 ounce Vodka

  • 1/2 ounce Tequila

  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice

  • 1 ounce gomme syrup or simple syrup

  • Shield Cider

  • Lime wedge for garnish

Pour the spirits and sour mix into a Collins glass with ice.  Stir well or shake.  Top the glass off with Shield Cider.  Garnish with the lime wedge.
