  • 6 oz Shield cider

  • 1 oz Pomegranate Juice

  • 2 orange slices, squeezed into drink and used as garnish

Pour ingredients over ice & stir. Garnish with Orange slice.

  • 2 oz dark rum

  • 1-1/2 oz Shield cider

  • 1-1/2 oz ginger beer

  • Dash of vanilla extract

  • Dash of orange juice (optional)

  • orange zest and maraschino cherry for garnish

Combine ingredients over ice in the glass and garnish with orange zest and cherry.

  • 3 bottles Shield Cider

  • 5 cloves

  • 2 star anise (for extra flavor grind the anise with a mortar)

  • 2 sticks Cinnamon

  • ½ Orange

  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Wash the orange and cut it into slices.  Stick the cloves through the orange slices.  Mix all ingredients in a saucepan.  Bring to a slow boil, reduce heat and let it simmer 10 minutes.  Filter and serve.

  • 2 bottles Shield Cider

  • 24 ounces orange juice

  • 24 ounces cold tea

  • 1 cup lemon or lime juice

  • Lemon or lime slices

  • Orange slices

  • Ice cubes

Mix in a large pitcher with ice cubes.  Pour in tall glasses and decorate with slices of orange and lemon.

  • 3 oz. fresh orange juice

  • 3 oz. Shield Cider

Pour orange juice into a champagne flute. Pour in enough Shield Cider to fill the flute to the rim and stir gently to combine.
