  • 1 oz Fireball cinnamon whiskey

  • 6 oz Shield cider

  • Apple slice

Pour whiskey into the glass, top with cider, stir gently and garnish with a slice of apple.

Serves: 2 glasses

  • 1 oz ginger liqueur

  • 6 oz Shield cider

  • 2 oz Vodka

  • Dash of ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 apple, diced

  • Cinnamon sticks

Stir together the ginger liqueur, cider, vodka, and ground cinnamon. Pour into glasses over ice. Add in apple dices and garnish with cinnamon stick.

  • 1 oz Pumpkin Vodka

  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup

  • 6 oz Shield cider

  • Cinnamon stick for garnish

Mix Vodka and syrup in chilled glass. Top off with cider, stir gently. Garnish with cinnamon.

  • 1 oz Fireball Whiskey

  • 6 oz Shield cider

  • Whipped cream for garnish

  • Cinnamon

Heat cider in a pan almost to boiling point. Pour whisky in a warmed cup or Irish coffee glass. Add hot cider. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon. 

Pumpkin cider

  • 2 oz Pumpkin spice liquor

  • 4 oz Shield cider

  • Cinnamon stick, star anise, or orange twist for garnish

Pour liqueur into a chilled glass, top with cider, stir gently and garnish.

  • 3 bottles Shield Cider

  • 5 cloves

  • 2 star anise (for extra flavor grind the anise with a mortar)

  • 2 sticks Cinnamon

  • ½ Orange

  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Wash the orange and cut it into slices.  Stick the cloves through the orange slices.  Mix all ingredients in a saucepan.  Bring to a slow boil, reduce heat and let it simmer 10 minutes.  Filter and serve.
